Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to email@example.com. In your note please include the following:
- Name + Order #
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a shipping address. When preparing the return, please include one of the following:
- Original invoice or copy of return approval email
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our store.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return and store credit has been processed. Store credit may be used in-store or online and does not expire.
If you receive a damaged, defective or the wrong item(s), please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately so that we can send you a return shipping label and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
We do not offer exchanges, but if you would like to return and purchase something else, you may contact us so that we can hold your item for you until we receive your return.
